Forever In Our Hearts
Online Memorials & Tributes
Free
Scan the QR code on a memorial plaque, headstone, prayer card or funeral program to open a loved one's online memorial, then keep it saved on your iPhone or iPad.
Forever In Our Hearts is the free companion app for Forever In Our Hearts online memorials. Each memorial is a page for one person: their life story, their photos and the words of the people who loved them. The app keeps the memorials you visit in one place, so going back is a single tap.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap Scan QR code and point your camera at the code.
2. The memorial opens straight away.
3. It is saved to your list, ready for next time.
You can also open a memorial from a link someone has shared with you.
WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN A MEMORIAL
• Their life story and obituary
• A life timeline of milestones and photos
• A photo gallery
• Tributes and memories from family and friends
• The funeral service date and location
• Their resting place, with cemetery and plot details
• Sharing, so you can send the memorial to others
• Flowers and charity donations, where the family has set these up
SIMPLE AND PRIVATE
There is no account to create. Saved memorials are stored on your device, and you can remove one at any time by pressing and holding it. The memorial itself stays online.
GOOD TO KNOW
The app opens Forever In Our Hearts memorial QR codes. It is not a general QR code reader.
CREATE A MEMORIAL
The app is for visiting memorials. To create an online memorial for someone you love, or for a pet, visit foreverinourhearts.co. You can add their story, a timeline, photo albums and tributes, and share it with a link or a QR code for a plaque, headstone or funeral program.
