This update brings a major design and usability refresh to Smart Document Manager. Many areas have been visually improved, including the dashboard, document view, search, tasks, import dialogs, onboarding and smaller interface details. You will notice smoother animations when scanning, importing, searching and opening documents, an improved PDF viewer, a more stable search experience, better keyboard handling, richer success animations and many refinements for light and dark mode.

•Offline functionality added Documents can now be processed without an internet connection. If an analysis is started while offline, the document is temporarily stored in the “Uncategorized” folder. As soon as an internet connection is available again and the app is opened, the analysis automatically resumes in the background. The document is then correctly analyzed and moved to the appropriate folder — no manual action required. •Minor bug fixes and stability improvements

PDF synchronization has been improved, saving has been stabilized, and multiple reliability issues have been resolved.

Enhanced iCloud Sync Document changes are now automatically and reliably synced across your devices using iCloud.
