• Work orders show the plan: priority, instructions, notes for the customer, what to bring and the planned hours; checklist points can have sub-points. • Supervisors prepare work orders as drafts and issue them when they are ready. • Report your time on a work order and see it against the plan. • A project's page shows its open work orders, notes for everyone on the project and its photos by album. • Add several photos at once and swipe through them full screen. • The assistant: choose the included or the fast assistant, see the balance, stop a running task, and see what it saved. • A new work order's checklist is made point by point: a field per point, Required, remove, and Add a point. • Supervisors approve reported hours, or send them back with a reason, and check out someone who forgot; you see your hours' status and why they were sent back.

• ID cards: employers and managers make photo ID cards with a QR code for their people. Employees show theirs under Profile → My ID card. A site manager scans a card to check the person in or out. • One site, many companies: scan the ID card of a worker from another company that uses Jobbsy. Their company is added to the site, they check in themselves afterwards, and their hours go to their own employer. • Site register (Sweden: personalliggare, Norway: oversiktsliste, Denmark: site records): create and manage sites on the phone, add people, check in and out with a QR code, the location or the app, and give an inspector a link with a QR code. • Work orders: checklist, photos, materials and the customer’s signature on site. • Tools and vehicles: who has what, take, return and service reminders. • Documents and profitability for each project. • Offers: payment plans in stages and invoicing an accepted offer; ROT/RUT in Sweden. • Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app (optional). • Employees: optional identity number, date of birth and ID06 or HMS card. • QR codes print with or without text, one or many at a time. Everything new is optional: time reporting works as before.
