Every entry, photo, video, audio recording, and collection item is protected with end-to-end encryption. Your content is private by default and accessible only to you and those you explicitly choose.
- Photos, Video, and Audio
Attach photos to any entry, record audio messages, or add video to capture moments as they happen. Video and enhanced audio features are available on the Heirloom subscription.
- Distraction-Free Writing Experience
A clean, focused writing space designed to feel like pen on paper. No feeds. No noise. Just a place to write thoughtfully and return to your words with ease.
- Writing Prompts When You Need Them
Optional prompts gently appear after a moment of stillness, offering guidance when you are not sure where to begin. Use them or ignore them. The space remains yours.

i absolutely love journaling and everwritten, has absolutely changed my way of writing. the aesthetics of the app and the fact that you cannot only journal to yourself, but loved ones is such a unique and special idea. I love the many details that have gotten into the app such as the moving logo and the add photo option as well (as someone who loves to take pictures). this goes to show what a heart can do to an app. i would absolutely recommend this app to all my friends and family!
