Asks for feedback repeatedly as soon as I install/open, before I even use

How is one to have an opinion of an app’s rating before even using the app? The ask seems intrusive and coercive/pushy/urgent, as well as ill-conceived and unthoughtful: a popup add. After I dismissed the popup, as soon as I went to the next screen or tapped the next button, the popup came right back. Therefore, I oblige the insistent, interrupting request by leaving this, a 1-star review: for I cannot and do not *know* the app is any better than that; but I do have the opinion the request for review is 1-star (I find *all* request for ratings irritating).
