Challenges with your group's goals: workouts, steps, days without alcohol or sweets, hours of sleep, and calories or protein with your own number. A points ranking, a one-tap 'I trained today', a podium to share each round, and start again with the same group. Money for a cause or a group fund, in any country, paid directly between you. Plus a description for your day and new reactions in the feed.

New coach: the tab opens on the conversation of the moment, with searchable history, steps while it thinks, and cards with your week, your weight and what it logged, with undo. Your challenge sits at the top of Today, with the race and the week's dots. Today and Meals show the same day, any past day can be corrected, time zone in Settings and a refreshed streak calendar.

Apple Health: connect it in Settings → Connections, and your workouts, steps and weigh-ins tick your goals by themselves, while your meals and weigh-ins go to Health. Meals: a calmer screen, Same as yesterday for each meal, previous days when adding, and food pictures in each meal. Barcode scans open straight into the portion. A softer purple in dark mode.

Your day instead of a check-in: meals fill your calories and protein by themselves, you can edit your day any time, and it is judged at midnight. Coach: a personal coach that knows your goals, meals and weight. Write, send a voice note or a photo of your plate. Meals: a faster barcode scanner, saved and shared meals, the Brazilian and German food tables, and search in English, Portuguese and German. The app now speaks German, plus many fixes.
