See I thought you played just like normal and it would correct you as you play so I bought the card counter thin to also help with that and you don’t even play black jack you pick what cards come out and it tells you what to do
Hi Youkkkyal, thank you for trying the app and sharing your feedback! I’m really sorry for the confusion and that the app wasn't what you were expecting—especially after buying the card counter feature. You're absolutely right: this isn't a playable blackjack game. Instead, it’s designed as a "companion tool" or advisor to help you make the best mathematical decisions while you play real blackjack elsewhere. The card counter is meant to help you track real-life shoes to see when the deck is in your favor. If you're looking for a game to play directly, I completely understand if this isn't the right fit for you. Since developers don't manage transactions directly, you can request a refund for the card counter through Apple's purchase history. If you ever decide to use it alongside a live game, I hope it helps you beat the dealer! Safe betting!
