Dashboard The app now opens on a home screen showing today's sales count and total revenue at a glance. Tap New Sale to get started. On iPad, the receipt form opens as a side panel so you always see the dashboard alongside your work. Payment Methods Every sale now records how it was paid — Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, Check, or Other. Payment method appears on the receipt and is included in CSV exports and reports. Discounts Apply a discount to any sale as a flat amount or a percentage. Discounts are calculated before tax and shown clearly on the receipt. Tips & Gratuity Add a tip as a flat amount or percentage. Tips are applied after tax and shown as their own line on the receipt. Client Address Book POSibility now remembers your clients. Start typing a name and it auto-fills address and email. Open the Client Address Book in Settings to search clients, view their full purchase history, and add notes. You can also set a personal discount percentage per client — it's applied automatically every time you start a sale for them. PDF Receipts Every receipt can now be exported as a PDF — great for email attachments and record keeping. Tap Share on any receipt and choose Share as PDF. Email Receipts Send a receipt directly to your client's email in one tap. If you've saved the client's email address, it's pre-filled automatically. Revenue Reports The History screen now includes a Reports tab with three charts: daily revenue over time, top 5 products by revenue, and a breakdown by payment method. Filter by Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, All Time, or a custom date range. iCloud Sync Your sales and settings now sync across all your devices via iCloud. Everything stays in sync automatically — no setup required. Duplicate & Edit Long-press any sale in History and tap Duplicate & Edit. All details are copied and ready to adjust.
