ResidenciAPP is an application for managing residential communities, designed for residents and owners as well as property managers.
From a single app, neighbors can actively participate in community life: book shared spaces, take part in votes and surveys, report incidents, view important notices, and access community documents at any time.
The app allows the management of common areas such as sports courts, gyms, swimming pools, and other shared spaces, making control and organization easier for the property manager or community president.

- Incidents module: An option is now available to determine which users can view comments, allowing each community to decide whether to use them as a public channel or as an internal channel for incident resolution, showing end users only the incident resolution.
- General app improvements: It is now possible to set a minimum version for each community. This means that when an update is released, it will no longer be necessary to force the update globally, but only for the communities that actually need it.
- Translation improvements for different languages.

- Reservations: It is now possible to configure different schedules depending on the date for a common area. Custom schedules can also be configured for public holidays, which are automatically obtained based on each community’s postal code. In addition, the holiday calendar can be customized by disabling automatic synchronization.
- The administrator settings panel now provides more detailed options to determine which notifications they wish to receive.
- Incidents module: Users can now also attach an image when rejecting an incident. The two-step closure process has also been improved, allowing the users responsible for validating an incident’s proposed solution to be customized.

- Incidents module: Advanced configuration is now available for deferred incident creation. Incidents will initially be created with a "Pending review" status, allowing the administrator/president to mark them as active and visible or reject them. An additional setting has also been added to require a two-step closure process by workers: the worker proposes a solution, which must then be validated by the administrator/president before the incident is marked as completed.
- Suggestions module: A new setting allows each community to decide whether anonymous suggestions are allowed.
- Performance improvements and translation fixes.

- Images in Suggestions: The suggestion box now allows images to be attached, helping users better document their suggestions and reports.
- Professional Directory (Services): The contacts module introduces a new "Services" tab. This section will be displayed intelligently only when there are registered professionals operating near the community's postal code. This way, if you need a service (plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, etc.), you can quickly find nearby and available professionals. In addition, each professional has a review section where residents can leave feedback about the service received.

New suggestion box functionality has been implemented. Property owners can create a suggestion or complaint either publicly or anonymously so that it can be reviewed by the community administration or president.
Reservations now support security deposits, along with administration panels to manage them. It is also now possible to create breaks and leave waiting times between time slots on the same day.

- The area details screen now includes more detailed information for areas requiring pay-per-use, including configured pricing slot details.
- In reservations, if a user attempts to book a time slot that has already started, a warning is shown indicating that the reservation can still be made, but it will not be possible to cancel it once started.

- 100% dynamic pricing: Custom pricing can be configured for each common area, allowing a specific price to be set for each time slot based on predefined rules to adapt to any situation.
- Users have access to a virtual wallet that they can recharge in order to make reservations in areas that require payment.
- Direct and secure payments: Payments are processed completely securely through Stripe Connect, with funds sent directly to the community’s account.
- Full transparency: ResidenciAPP never holds the funds at any time. When a user makes a payment, it is transferred directly to the account previously configured by their community.
