I started a personalImprovement journey about 10 days ago. This program has been a great help. The routines are short and very focused. In 30-40 mins I am done and I can feel it. I am using Tai Chi (15 min session) to warm up and stretch and improve balance. I am pairing it with a Strength (15 min session) each day. The strength programs are well sequenced day by day and don’t overwork any one muscle group too many days in a row. You feel it, but you can still move. I love that it is no equipment, and I all I need is some floor space. I would give a 5, but for a couple things others have also commented on. One is mirroring, would be great if instructor in video was moving in same direction I need to move in. I have no Tai-Chi experience so mirrored move would be helpful. Also, an overview section at the start of each movement would be great. Instructor does this, but it is while timer has started. Would be nice if one could hear the instructions for the move in full and see a demo before the timer starts. This could be an option to have active or skip. A slider to be able to go back a short distance in the video and review a move or sequence of movements would be nice also vs. just the back to start controls. Also, back control takes you to the prior exercise and would be nice if it took you back to start of current exercise. Again, well done and I am enjoying this as part of my journey.

Weird I was asked to write a review seconds after logging in. Seems like you should at least be able to try the workout first wouldn't ya think. Anyway, here's my review until my 4 week challenge is up. I will come back then and edit my review to whether or not I liked it, saw any difference and either renews or didn't

MISLEADING BILLING INFO

Make sure you research this beyond the App Store reviews. Note that it cannot be cancelled through the App Store. I was misled to believe I would be charged for a trial and then expected it to end after that period as there was NO other info mentioned about a $40 monthly fee that would begin afterwards. I’m lucky I caught it when I did and limiting the damage. I did like the app, but without Apple TV support - workouts off a small screen were just not working for me. I had the tai-chi set up initially. I cancelled today and had to do it through the app - I will be monitoring to ensure it takes place - I’m hoping the developer can be trusted to ensure it does, or next steps will have to be taken. Based on other similar reviews - I’m not 100% confident it will. Stay tuned for more if my cancellation is not addressed and honored.

Your plan doesn’t appear in your App Store subscription list because it is standard for all third-party purchases made outside of Apple’s billing system.Once a subscription is successfully canceled, no further charges occur, and a confirmation email is sent to verify this. After booking my first snowboard trip out west I realized I needed to get in better shape. Someone mentioned doing something online in which I came across this program. For the first time in my life I’ve committed to a program that has worked for me. It’s something I can do right in my home . The workouts are diverse, challenging and fulfilling. I’m super excited and grateful to have found this program.
