This is easily the most easy to learn and effective app I’ve ever used. I’ve never tried an app with so few reviews and was super impressed with this. We travel with kids and do a variety of travel from cabin camping to RV camping with some hiking and outdoor adventure day trips. But what really impressed me was when I tried this app also for our kids’ travel cheer competitions that we fly out of state for. I really like the ease of use of custom features. This could literally be used for almost any type of trip, but I do love the smart packing suggestions that populate based on camping destinations and activities. I would only suggest two additional features. 1.) ability to add sub categories within packing categories and 2.) ability to rearrange items within a category(because I love how easy it is to rearrange the categories)

It’s taken me a while to find the sort of camping/hunting checklist app that fits the bill. Camping Kit is easy to use with a simple interface. I can abandon my spreadsheets and One Note lists. Having the option to add items you need (restock list) while out in the wild on the fly is clutch. One request would be to have a separate list type for food/groceries. That part of the prep is the most burdensome and that would wrap this app up in a bow for me!

I'm not an experienced camper and I love making lists. This app was perfect to help me figure out what gear i'm going to need on my trip. Super customizable for different trip needs and even lets you know what the weather will be at your location for your chosen date.

This app has been so useful when planning camping trips with my fiancé. I can quickly check my lists and see that all my needs are covered. I especially love the festival camp section it makes prepping for Burning Man a breeze 🔥)’(🔥
