I wish I’d know it was a “pay” to use app before downloading. I don’t mind it, but downloading and going through the setup before finding that out was irritating.

Firstly we're so proud of you for taking this step so you can heal. Breakups are tough, hence why we built this. Personally it took me a long time to heal from my breakup and I wish I had had this app when I needed most, hence again why we built it. Breakfree is designed to help you stop spiralling, overcome pain, heal and get over your ex... because you *deserve* to be happy. The onboarding helps us tailor the experience for you to help you heal. We uses AI & machine learning and hard manual labour to make all if this happen. And all of this costs time and money. We work 16 hours a day, *every day* to help you, because we know personally how painful breakups are. We wish we could do this for free, maybe one day we can. But right now we can't we're. A very small team, smaller than you can imagine, working flat out designing, developing and supporting customers. We really wish we could do this for free... because people need it. In the app store description we have described that this is a paid app and In app Purchases are visible on the app store page. We will make this better. I hope you will give us another go soon and get the 5* experience many of customers have received and shared on the app store. But for now we're remain proud of you and are excited to see you heal :)
