ImprvHealth has completely changed the way I train!

ImprvHealth is an absolute game-changer! It created a half marathon training plan just for me, mixing in strength training to keep me strong and prevent injuries. I love that it follows the 80/20 rule — most runs are easy and enjoyable, with just the right amount of speed work to push me forward. The nutrition analysis is just as impressive. It helps me understand exactly how to fuel for my workouts and long runs without feeling restricted. I’ve noticed more energy, better recovery, and steady progress in my pace. The app is easy to navigate, motivating, and makes training feel exciting rather than overwhelming. If you want personalized workouts, smart nutrition guidance, and real results, ImprvHealth is the perfect choice!

Just signed up and created my first training program on the ImprvHealth app — really impressed so far! The app is easy to use and asks more personalized questions than I expected to tailor the program to your needs. For example, it even asks about medical conditions that should be considered when designing your workouts. You can choose to create a program for home or the gym, and select the types of exercises you prefer. Looking forward to seeing how it works over time!

I got this app the first or second day it came out and was immediately amazed. I created my first training program by plugging in what my goals were, whether I wanted to work out at home or the gym, and selecting the type of exercises I liked to do. It even asked about any medical conditions I have (I was recovering from a level three ankle sprain, so I appreciated that so much.)I’ve been sick and not working out for the last couple of weeks, I got on the app this evening, and saw improvements from when I downloaded as the first time. You can have AI create a workout for you, or you can choose a workout plan like training for a 5K.It also helps you track nutrition, and has a journal and recovery section for your mental health.I’m getting ready to create my AI program to start tomorrow.Highly recommend this app.

The personal trainer at your finger tips

The Mr. MR
I’m not a professional athlete at all. This app has helped create workout plans I never knew I needed plus more by taking a deep dive into different workout methods. The food analyzer even goes as far as recommending foods specific to your workouts and HOW you are fueled for your workouts (e.g. using a pool or not). It’s been an amazing help, and I hope to keep discovering more with it.
