NEW IN 3.8 • Paste a whole conversation — Texting Story, Texting Story with Video, Pixel Chat and AI Quiz now take pasted text. "Mom: Where are you?" becomes a bubble, names become speakers. • My Templates — long-press any draft and save it as your own template. Reuse your style forever. • Duplicate project — same look, new script, one tap. • Continue editing — your last draft is now one tap from the home screen. • Paste quiz — question plus four options, mark the correct one with *. FIXES • Purchased credits are now safer than ever: a failed save can no longer lose or double-count a credit pack. • Drafts never lose their video again — a failed copy now tells you instead of saving an empty draft. • Paywall now shows exactly what free and Pro include. • New app icon.

GROUP CHATS IN TEXTING STORY Add up to 8 people to one conversation. Everyone gets their own name color, the group header shows who's in it, and "Ana is typing…" tells your viewers who is about to speak. Add an emoji reaction to any message and watch it pop in mid-scene. BREAKING NEWS Put a news band and a scrolling ticker over your own video. You write the headlines, you write the crawl, you pick the look. None of it is real. RECEIPT MEME A thermal receipt that prints itself line by line, stamps a total, then tears off. EMOTIONAL DAMAGE — $499. Nothing here is priced in reality. DRAFTS IN SIX MORE FORMATS AI Chat Story, Fake Search, Recap Cards, Live Chat Overlay, Breaking News and Receipt Meme now save drafts. Write half of something, close the app, come back to it. TEMPLATES THAT ACTUALLY FILL IN Tapping a template used to open an empty editor. Now it opens a finished example you can edit into your own. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU EXPORT The biggest change is one you'll notice everywhere. The preview screen now matches the exported file: the same crop, the same framing, the same fonts and the same timing. Every format previews in the aspect ratio you actually picked, videos are cropped to fit the frame instead of squeezed into it, and the watermark shows up in the preview instead of surprising you afterwards. ALSO FIXED - Captions no longer drop words on long lines - Swipe Story exports every card you made, not just the first six - Spin the Wheel labels no longer get cut off - Background Removal now uses the export size you chose - Long exports use a fraction of the memory - Dozens of smaller differences between what you previewed and what you got

Four new formats — every one of them scripted by you, rendered on your device. AI CHAT STORY — Fake an AI chat. You write the question AND the answer. Let it reply in a typing stream, or make it "generate" an image that resolves line by line. RECAP CARDS — Invent your own year in review. Made-up stats, big count-up numbers, punchline cards on bold gradients. FAKE SEARCH — The autocomplete meme, finally animated. Type the query, watch the suggestions drop one at a time. LIVE CHAT OVERLAY — Drop a fake live-stream chat over any video. Messages scroll, the viewer count climbs, gifts land mid-sentence. Also in 3.6: - 29 tools and 35 trending templates in one app - 12 languages - Vertical exports ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts No sign-up. No cloud render. No waiting.

NEW: 4 fresh viral formats to blow up your feed - Community Note — drop a "Readers added context" note under any post for instant meme energy - Now Playing — fake a music player screen with cover art, animated progress bar, and karaoke-style lyrics - Swipe Story — dating-app style profile cards that swipe left or right and end on a Match - Spin the Wheel — let the wheel decide: add options, spin, and reveal the winner with sound Plus a wave of polish: - Smoother exports and faster rendering across every format - Clearer permission prompts so saving to your gallery just works - Improved voiceover reliability and fewer interruptions - Lots of stability fixes and small UI refinements Got a format you'd love to see next? Brolled 3.3.2 ships a major Comment on Video overhaul, authentic app icons across Fake Notification, and a Would You Rather export fix. Comment on Video — completely reimagined The tweet card overlay now renders like a real X post: - Pixel-tuned layout matching X's iOS app - Verified blue checkmark toggle for that influencer feel - Editable timestamp label — 2h, 5m, Mar 14, your call - 3-dot menu icon, top right - Reply, retweet, like, and view counts auto-generated for every comment — numbers stay stable between saves so your edits never shuffle - Light and Dark themes mirroring X's official palette Per-comment voice Each comment carries its own narration voice, speed, and pitch. Tap "Voice" to open the full picker, or leave it on Default to inherit your global voice from Settings — change one place, every comment follows. Three avatar styles Pick the first letter on a colored circle, a default person icon, or upload your own photo — we crop it to a perfect circle. Position anywhere on the frame Top, upper middle, middle, lower middle, or bottom — set per comment. The in-app preview shows the exact spot the card will land in the final video. Tap to edit, swipe to delete The old pencil + trash buttons stacked in each row were a fat-finger trap. Now iOS-standard: tap to edit, swipe left to delete. Fake Notification — authentic brand icons Every app in the picker now uses a proper brand icon instead of the generic glyph-on-color placeholder. Twelve apps ship out of the box: Messages, Mail, FaceTime, Reminders, Twitter (classic blue bird), X, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube. Both Twitter classic and X are included so you can pick whichever fits the joke. Phone and Calendar were quietly dropped from the picker — neither was getting picked, and removing them clears up grid space for the brand apps that get the most use. Drafts that referenced them still open and migrate to Messages. Would You Rather — export orientation fix Images you uploaded for Would You Rather were rendering upside-down in the final video. They now appear right-side up. If you exported a video on the previous version with this issue, re-export from the same draft to get the corrected version. Backward compatibility Drafts from every previous version open untouched. Every new feature ships with sensible defaults, so old comments and notifications render exactly as before.
