This has really been a work in progress with little to no help or guidance. Using online sites is less expensive, but they’re also less helpful. Even though I eventually figured things out, it’s taken me about a year to get here. Overall, everything feels more expensive, less customer-focused, and ultimately not as productive as it should be.
