Bug Fixes
* History results now match Validation Results — Test history was showing incorrect passed/failed counts after running a validation. Fixed so the history record always reflects the actual test outcome.
* Keyboard shortcuts added for Protocol Test Gen, Timing Analysis, and Memory BIST — These three modules in the Advanced Analysis menu were missing their shortcuts. All DFT Suite modules now have consistent keyboard access.
* Advanced Analysis menu cleaned up — Removed extra divider lines that were cluttering the menu between the new modules.
