Start at your own pace
A short setup gets you to your first measurement. No account is required. Your entries are saved on your device, and you choose what to export or share. Units and appearance can be changed in Settings.
HealthLog Plus
The free version includes a limited number of entries and data points. Plus unlocks unlimited entries, detailed charts and report exports. Plans and prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in App Store settings. A lifetime purchase is available where shown.
HealthLog is for record keeping and general information. It does not measure blood pressure or blood glucose, diagnose a condition or recommend treatment. Use appropriate measurement equipment and consult a qualified healthcare professional about your readings.
