This release is about not losing your work. • Proof photos now save and upload reliably, including when you have no signal. A photo taken offline is kept on your phone until it reaches the server. • Completing a stop with photos no longer freezes the app when you are out of signal. • Refreshing your route no longer discards a completion or an end-of-route you recorded while offline. • A weekly residential stop can now be completed when the can count is blank, instead of getting stuck. • Choosing "Unable to Service" always offers a reason to pick. • Reporting a breakdown no longer leaves the syncing banner on screen indefinitely.

Your work survives a bad signal Completing a stop no longer throws the work away when the signal drops. The stop and its photos are saved on the phone with a “Saved on This Device” message, and you no longer get a success screen for something that never sent. Submits give up after 30–45 seconds instead of leaving you on a spinner. Previously a failed write could hang effectively forever. In a dead zone the app stops making you wait. After two failed submits it starts saving straight to the phone, re-checks about once a minute, and reopening the app pushes anything still waiting. Reporting Unable to Service with no signal no longer crashes the app, and the confirmation now says the report is saved on your phone rather than claiming the team has been notified. Finished work stops being sent over and over. The app now tracks what the office has actually received, and one problem stop can no longer block everything behind it. Unable to Service The reason list is tappable, and if reasons can't load you get a message and a Try Again rather than a dead screen. While you have signal the app downloads skip reasons for every route on your list, not just the one you opened — so you can still report a skip on a route you haven't opened yet. You can no longer tap a greyed-out placeholder while the list loads, or pick a leftover reason belonging to a different service. Typed text is required only for “Other”. Junk hauling, weekly trash and dumpsters Junk hauling stops can be finished with no signal. Items, load size and the price update are held on the phone and sent when you're back in coverage. See the caveat below — this works with no bars, not with one bar. On a weekly trash stop the can count is pre-filled from the customer's plan; change it if what you serviced differs. Dumpster stops finish through the same short confirm sheet as a trash stop, with the count pre-filled and an optional photo. Map and stability Follow-mode keeps the zoom you set instead of jumping in tight, so the route line and your next stop stay visible. When the office adds a new notification type or service type, screens like notifications and route history keep loading instead of coming up empty.

Your map now keeps up with you while you drive. On an active route, the map stays centred on your location, turns to face the direction you're heading, and holds the zoom level you picked — so the route line and your next stop stay in view instead of snapping back to the full-route overview. Panned away by hand? Tap recenter to turn follow back on. On-demand pickups now capture proof of service. Completing an on-demand job now asks for a before photo and an after photo, so every job is documented before the customer is charged. Your proof photos are labelled correctly. On jobs that take several shots, each photo is now saved with its own label — before, after, damage, extra — instead of everything being filed under the first photo's label. The unit number is easier to read at the door. Apartment and suite numbers now show on their own clear "Unit:" line, so they no longer get cut off at the end of a long street address.

This update fixes two reliability issues crews reported: • Cans serviced now records correctly on every completed pickup — including when you attach a photo or finish a stop while offline. The count you enter is what the customer is billed for. • Fixed live location on Wi-Fi-only and indoor iPads. Devices without a cellular connection now report your position reliably, so your location shows on the route map and live tracking works.

Version 1.6 • Fixed: Tapping Navigate now opens your maps app for directions — resolved the "Location services are currently disabled" message that could appear on iPad. • Fixed: Location now works on iPad and WiFi-only devices, including indoors — your live location and the map dot track correctly.

Sign in faster, no matter where you are. • Choose how you receive your sign-in code — Email or SMS — right on the sign-in screen. If your email is filtered or delayed, switch to SMS to get your code via text message instead. • New "Remember this device" option after you sign in successfully. On this phone, your next sign-in skips the code step entirely for 30 days and takes you straight to your routes. Default is on — easy to turn off if you'd rather verify every time. • Cleaner sign-in layout — Delivery method is labeled clearly so it's obvious how your code will be sent. Designed for field crew who need to get back into the app quickly. No more waiting for an OTP that never arrives.
