I like the app it’s very helpful. It’s making me more comfortable with starting a conversation. I’m still having a little issue with the banter stuff but it’s getting me to understand it better the issue that I have with this app. When I’m talking with the coach, if you talk for more than a few minutes, it starts to get glitchy and it starts saying loading loading loading and get stuck in the loading that it doesn’t do anything and then you have to exit out of it. And come back when you come back it doesn’t remember any other conversations that you have and now you have to start all over from the beginning explaining everything. I’m wasting a lot of time. It would be nice if this app had a memory to it so that you can continue your conversations if you come back later on or if it starts glitching out that you don’t have to start all over from beginning

I consider CharmXP to be the most impressive social skills application that I have encountered. The AI role‑play feels surprisingly real, whether you’re practicing a job interview, a first date, or a tough conversation you’ve been avoiding. The chat bought promises, custom AI conversation with coaching to help you improve. What you get are vague statements that take whatever your last statement was and turns it into a question and then after about five minutes, a list of what you did wrong with some vague statements about what you could do better but no concrete examples of what to say or do. If you change the screen for a second you lose everything you were working on. Most of the time I am confused about what the AI is actually asking me.‘s I cannot tell if it is acting as a coach or as the person it’s supposed to be role-playing. the monthly subscription almost the same as the yearly subscription so of course you take the yearly subscription. Do yourself a favor and don’t subscribe at all. honestly, you could just talk to ChatGPT or Gemini and get a better conversation and better. That you could ask questions about. That’s the other problem. There’s no way to ask a question about the app or about the vague feedback. All in all very disappointing experience.

do not waste your money on this app it never works it crashes all the time and whenever you go to launch one of the interactions it just sits there and spins. Their support is horrible I’ve sent three messages at this point and they never respond. You’d be better off using anything other than this. If you enjoy being frustrated this is definitely the app for you. If I could give it less than one star I would. The constant issues make it impossible to rely on, and updates never seem to fix anything. It’s disappointing how little effort is put into improving user experience or addressing bugs promptly. I would like my money back but that is unlikely. Overall, this app fails to meet basic expectations and causes more frustration than enjoyment. Avoid it at all costs.
