I really like the different stories on this app however it takes a long time to get through them if you’re not willing to pay. Also, I redeemed the Bingo Blitz bonus and have yet to receive any rewards from that. I should have received 600 coins by now, I believe, for downloading and playing. It said it takes up to 24 hours to receive your reward. That was about a week ago and I have seen no rewards yet. I even sent an email and never received a response. I will continue watching the app, but I lose interest at only being able to watch four episodes a day.

Bad choice of apps
I came across a program on Instagram that looked really interesting, and it directed me to download a specific app to watch it. The ad clearly suggested the app was free, so I figured it was worth a try. However, after downloading and setting everything up, I quickly realized you can’t actually watch anything without paying $20 for “unlimited access.” or watch an ad every minute or so to unlock another few minutes of the show.The cheesiest same shows I have ever seen. In addition when you’re watching the show it replay something every minute and a half the exact same thing that you have seen and adds another minute or so is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. It is misleading and frustrating—just another bait-and-switch scheme to get people in the door. If you’re advertising something as free, it should be upfront about any costs required to actually use it. Definitely disappointing and not worth the hassle. Choose wisely before moving forward.
Customer service is awful

I have tried to cancel my subscription every possible way. I bought it through the web, and when I contact customer service to help me cancel it, I get nothing of a response. I looked at the policy, and it says for the web you can cancel it under account settings, and when I go to the web, there’s no such thing as account settings! It’s also ridiculous that it’s $20 a week!

I was really excited to try this app, so I paid for a one-month subscription thinking I’d have full access to the stories. Imagine my surprise when I found out I could only watch one episode a day.Nowhere did I see this clearly explained before I subscribed. If I had known I would still have to wait day by day after paying, I never would have signed up. I subscribe to several other apps, and I’ve never paid for a premium subscription only to be told I still have to wait to continue watching.It feels misleading and very disappointing. If you’re thinking about subscribing, make sure you understand exactly what you’re paying for. I certainly didn’t get the experience I expected, and I regret purchasing the subscription.
