I really like the different stories on this app however it takes a long time to get through them if you’re not willing to pay. Also, I redeemed the Bingo Blitz bonus and have yet to receive any rewards from that. I should have received 600 coins by now, I believe, for downloading and playing. It said it takes up to 24 hours to receive your reward. That was about a week ago and I have seen no rewards yet. I even sent an email and never received a response. I will continue watching the app, but I lose interest at only being able to watch four episodes a day.

Downloading this app was an absolute waste of time and money. After seeing an ad, I was excited about downloading the app and paying for a VIP membership. After I paid for my VIP membership, I started to watch episodes which I was only able to watch a few episodes before the episodes stopped loading. I have really good Wi-Fi so I know it’s not in Wi-Fi issue and it was the same for every episode. I reached out to support the same generic messages every time that said to send proof of purchase and VIP membership did but never received any type of response back. I have emailed them multiple times of no prevail and I recommend nobody downloading this app because it’s a complete waste of time and money. You are not actually going to be able to use the services. And when a problem arises, you will absolutely not get any type of support. I feel like giving this one star is very generous as they honestly deserve zero stars. Still waiting on a response from them to hopefully issue because I still have not used any services that I paid for not because I didn’t want to, but because none of it actually worked.
Disappearing Access to Shows?

I really enjoy the shows on this app normally so I got a VIP subscription again. The first day of my subscription I was able to watch over 100 episodes of the Bound by Fire series which has been going on for a while now & it had listed the release dates for the next episodes over the next two weeks. The next day when I signed in suddenly I was only able to get to episode 30 & now today it’s episode 42. It now says that the series will be released daily through next year? I renewed my subscription partially because I was excited to see so many new episodes of the series released but now I’m just confused & frustrated. The live action shows are all great & I enjoy the actors who star in them which is what brought me to this vertical app to begin with but the apps inconsistency is disappointing.

I’ve tried pretty much the majority of these short drama apps and their subscriptions and shortical’s subscription policy is the worst. There is only a weekly subscription option, of which, they say it is unlimited… it’s not. They only unlock episodes every so often and each short has a different release schedule. Some give you one episode a day and mind you they are like a minute long… others it’s once a week and others it’s random. DramaWave, DramaBox and so on… unlimited is unlimited all episodes unlock when you subscribe, regardless of a weekly or an annual. I’ve yet to figure out how to get shortical to give me an annual subscription, which in theory should be a better value then weekly. It’s frustrating because when they say it’s unlimited, it should be. Not to mention, they don’t have the subscription in your Apple account subscriptions, so I’m concerned it will be a PIA to cancel, we will see.
