Registration doesn’t seem to be working for NRI accounts with international mobile numbers. MahaSecure login works, so I assume there is no problem with the account login. Registration comes up with a message that it is not able to verify the SIM attached to the account. I am able to receive OTP on the same SMS when working with MahaSecure

For NRI customers app works as long as your foreign cell number is registered with the bank. I was able to quickly open a FD by navigating through the app. I haven’t tried all features but so far 5 star performance by MahaBank.

This app doesn’t even deserve a single star. Constant onboarding and technical issues. No one ever responds to complaints or grievances raised via the app about its functionality. Total disappointment and waste of time and money doing business with this bank and its roll out of this new net banking app.

I have tried multiple times to get registered and this app simply will not work. There are no support functions to help with this either, since no one responds on the support phone numbers. Bank of Maharashtra has become one of the absolute worst banks to do business with.
