Update: The update is wonderful and makes things so much easier. You guys rock! Thank you! I like pretty much everything about the app and it’s easy to navigate. However, I think it would be much better if you could assign an egg color to a specific chicken. Then you could simply select which chickens laid eggs that day instead of having to select the chicken and change the egg color every single time.

Update: thanks for listening!! This is an amazing addition!!!! This app has been great with logging my chickens, their egg count and health!!! Few things I wish it had but are definitely not a deal breaker for me are the following.1. Wish it has a total chicken count.2. Wish it had a way to separate chickens by type or gender.Other than that it’s been a GREAT app!

I’m liking this app so far. I would like to have, instead of having to log each hens egg every day, if I could have the option to just put in the total number of eggs I got that day. I have way too many hens for having to log each.

Thanks so much for the feedback! You are in luck - update 3.7.0 adds a Flock Total option to Quick Log, so you can just enter one daily egg count for the whole flock instead of logging each hen. It should be live in the next few days. Happy egg collecting!

Decent app for keeping track of egg laying hen productivity. Missing export options (.csv would be handy) and an option to archive harvested birds when that time comes.
