ReminderBridge is a macOS app that connects selected Google Tasks and Apple Reminders lists. Work with supported task information in either service, then synchronize changes on a schedule or with Sync Now.
No Google Tasks browser tab is required for your connected lists. ReminderBridge is available as a one-time Mac App Store purchase with no recurring subscription.
WHAT REMINDERBRIDGE SYNCHRONIZES
ReminderBridge supports synchronization in both directions for:
• Task titles
• Notes
• Due dates
• Completion status
• Task movement between connected lists
• Creation dates
• Links stored in task notes
You decide which lists to connect. Lists can originate in Google Tasks or Apple Reminders. After a list is connected, its originating platform cannot be changed.
Deselecting a list stops future synchronization without deleting the list or its tasks.
GET STARTED
1. Open ReminderBridge on a Mac running macOS 13.5 or later.
2. Sign in with the Google account that contains your Google Tasks.
3. Allow access to Apple Reminders.
4. Select the Google Tasks or Apple Reminders lists you want to connect.
5. Confirm the corresponding lists ReminderBridge will create.
6. Select Sync Now.
If you have never used Apple Reminders and it does not contain any lists, create a temporary empty list before selecting your lists in ReminderBridge.
After synchronization succeeds, you may delete the empty temporary list if you no longer need it. Do not delete a list connected through ReminderBridge.
SCHEDULED AND MANUAL SYNCHRONIZATION
Choose a synchronization interval from 15 to 60 minutes in five-minute increments, or use Sync Now when you do not want to wait for the next interval.
ReminderBridge must remain running for scheduled synchronization. It can continue running when its main window is closed. An active internet connection is required.

ReminderBridge remains a Mac app. If you use Google Tasks on Android, supported changes can appear in connected Apple Reminders lists after ReminderBridge synchronizes them on your Mac. ReminderBridge does not run on Android or connect directly to Android.
LOCAL SYNCHRONIZATION
Task synchronization runs on your Mac. Aeriform does not operate a separate ReminderBridge synchronization server or collect your task data.
ReminderBridge stores synchronization information, Google authorization credentials, identifiers, and logs locally on your Mac. Authorized task data is exchanged between your Mac and Google. Apple Reminders data remains managed through Apple’s frameworks and your configured Apple services.
IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
ReminderBridge uses scheduled and manual synchronization. It does not provide instant or real-time push updates.
Due dates synchronize, but due times, reminders, alarms, and subtasks do not.
The platform where a recurring task originates controls its recurrence. ReminderBridge synchronizes supported task information, but it does not copy the recurrence rule. For the most reliable behavior, edit recurring tasks at their source.
If both copies of a task change before the next synchronization, the latest whole-task change wins. Conflict resolution is not performed field by field.

I’m ending up with multiple extra tasks on both sides and tasks are coming back after they’ve been checked off. Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be the easy answer we’ve all been hoping for. I do think it’s heading in a good direction but anyone who buys should know it’s a work in progress.

Better than nothing

I appreciate having at least something, but after installing and experimenting for about an hour–not all tasks are syncing consistently. I have about 418 tasks in Apple so that might be part of it. For example Only some tasks mirrored from various lists into Tasks, from Apple. There is after letting it sit on a blazing fast fiber connection for about an hour. I did get a notification that process completed. That said, if I keep manually syncing more and more tasks come over. Once all the tasks are synced, then maybe it will work as expected from there. In any case, I do appreciate having something! On and it does keep crashing…

I finally found the app I needed to sync my Google Tasks event with Apple Reminders.I need it, since GoodTasks, the best app for my Apple Watch, did not support Google Tasks, but only Reminders. And I need Google Tasks for my must-have widget for iPhone and iPad.The developer was very quick to answer to my support requests. Rare these days 😢.Happy to have found the app!!!

Install got everything set up and had issues from the beginning. Got my reminders list over into Google tasks and then suddenly Google tasks started tripling all of my Apple reminders list. None of the tasks were syncing just the list names. And then eventually it deleted all of my reminders. Would love for some support on this and happy to change my rating, but in the meantime, I would stay away from this. Edit: not eligible for a refund from Apple. So I lost my reminders, and am out the price of the app. Cool
