I have been playing backgammon apps for years and I can’t even discuss how much I have spent on them. It is really embarrassing. As a result of this app, I have deleted Lord of the Board and am so glad to be rid of it and its bots and unfair rolls. This app is such a refreshing change of pace. No crazy adds to get through every time you open the app. I also thought I was pretty decent, but LOFB is designed so that you can never really get ahead. I deposited $20 to get started a couple of weeks ago and my balance is now over $120. I’m sure I’ll hit a rough patch and go down some, but the games feel so much fairer. The only downside is that it sometimes takes a while to find a game. That problem is going to solve itself as more and more people find out how awesome this app is. Download this immediately and delete those money grubbing backgammon apps.

I have immensely enjoyed playing real people on this site. It’s a relatively new site especially for me but I have found it to be extremely fair competitive opportunities. It’s obvious you have to have skills to play and of course some luck but it’s a fair site. And when you lose you lose because it is a game of risk. But when there is a problem or a glitch that is unfair and results in a loss the support team is so attentive and helpful and punctual in researching the issue and then being fair with refunding problems on their end and they are very cordial and professional in doing so. I would recommend them over any other site bar none and am now a loyal customer forever. Thanks 👍Joe

I’m an experienced backgammon player and have even placed first in a tournament in my home country, so I fully understand that luck and dice variance are a major part of the game.However, my experience with this app changed dramatically after I successfully withdrew money. Since then, I’ve noticed an extremely suspicious pattern: in many games where I was clearly ahead and close to winning, my opponents repeatedly rolled doubles or exactly the rolls they needed, often several times in a row.I understand that unlikely rolls happen in backgammon. But when the same pattern keeps happening over dozens of games—especially after a withdrawal—it becomes very difficult to believe that it is simply normal variance.From my experience, it feels like players who win and withdraw money are being penalized afterward. I can’t prove how the system determines the dice, but the change in my results after withdrawing was obvious enough that I no longer trust the fairness of the game.If you are playing for real money, I strongly recommend paying close attention to your results before and after making a withdrawal.

Hi - thanks for the details about your experience, it is helpful in diagnosing your situation. Unfortunately, what you're describing is a made-up story in your head that "we don't want you to win". Let me ask you this - what do you think we stand to gain from altering the dice? Our fee is the same regardless of who wins because we our only revenue is our service fees. Your entry fee went to another real person who can withdraw that money just as if you would have. It makes no difference to us who wins. It sounds like you are a logical person, based on your writeup, so I hope you consider the facts I've mentioned above and if you'd like to chat with us then we are available via email at team@backgammon-cash.com. If you are truly a "tournament winning backgammon player" then the variance will even out and you'll come out on top as many of our top players have already.

To win the prize, you'll need to win multiple rounds in a row, with every round played as a 5-point or 7-point match. Win every round and take home the 1st or 2nd place prize.
