If I were to create my ideal packing app, it would look just like PackEasy: it’s beautiful, functional in every way I need, and fast. My favorite features: categories with *subcategories*, designate specific bags for items or use “single bag mode” with a single slider, photos of your items, TAGS!!!, filters, export your list to PDF, and customize colors and icons throughout the app. It’s so perfect I immediately bought the lifetime version.Suggestions for future versions: sync between devices, tap on an item photo to display at larger size.Unquestionably a 5 star app.

It’s a fairly simple app, but it gets the job done. There’s some UI clunk that could be smoothed out, but the core is solid. I’ve used it for several trips now and keep coming back to it. The template feature is really quite helpful. Being able to make bag templates might be worth exploring, since I’ll always bring a toiletry bag with certain things in it, or a tech pouch with essentials. Otherwise, too much more and the app would be bloated and overwhelming (like many other packing apps).
This version brings several enhancements to improve your packing experience.
