Reward seat data is now much more stable and we’ve improved the flight detail pages to make availability easier to view and interpret.

You can now view fare codes for each flight directly on the search results page, making it easier to compare load factors across all flights on a given date. We have also improved how reward seat data is displayed, so you can quickly see live availability across all cabins for each flight. Behind the scenes, we have introduced a new flight ID system. This separates routes that share the same flight number, such as LHR to SIN to SYD with British Airways, and resolves a known issue that made it harder to find flights departing after midnight UTC, including evening west coast US departures to Europe. Finally, we have added AeroLOPA support and live seat maps for Turkish Airlines.

Fixed a minor issue where reward notifications didn’t display all cabins on the flight preview screen. The data was correct and fully visible after tapping through to the detailed flight view.

Planepoints now supports aircraft change notifications. You’ll be alerted if any of your saved flights experience a change in aircraft type, for example, your flight switches from a Boeing 777-300 to an Airbus A350, or a change in cabin layout, even on the same aircraft. For example, you’re still flying on a British Airways Boeing 787-9, but the cabin has been updated from the old Club World to the new Club Suites. We have also added support for Emirates airlines, with AeroLOPA cabin maps, live seat availability and fare code data included.

We have expanded our AeroLOPA seat map integration to support United Airlines, Royal Jordanian, Sri Lankan Airlines, Royal Air Maroc and Qantas Link.

In this version we have updated the British Airways reward flight pricing to reflect recent changes and have added support for the following airlines: Delta - AeroLOPA live seat maps and reward seat availability Virgin Atlantic - AeroLOPA live seat maps and fare code availability Air France - AeroLOPA live seat maps and fare code availability
