I’m just gonna edit my updates in at the top. Now it’s been 5 weeks and everyday I email them and everyday they tel me the same thing, we will forward your info to the appropriate team and they will reach out to you in 24-48 hours. Still havnt had the appropriate team reach out to me. While you are spending money, you won’t have any problems at all, once you press that redeem button, that’s when the scams and con artistry comes out. They will keep replying to you but they will not fix anything and def won’t help you redeem money. I’ve got $500 sitting in my account that I can’t get bc they keep playing dumb. This is a company of con artist and scammers. It’s very easy to make purchases on this app, but I put in for a payout and still trying to get paid. I’ve been on other sites and apps and have always been able to redeem funds within 24 hours. If and when I finally get paid I will come back and edit this review but as of right now, be careful. I just wanted to give an update. It’s been 2 weeks and everyday I chat with support and I get the same answer every single time, We will push your issue further along to the appropriate team and get this fixed. Still hasn’t been fixed. All I’m trying to do is upload a few documents for verification and there not allowing me to do that. I understand having problems occasionally on apps and sites, but the way and speed in which that company resolves your problem will show you exactly what kind of business they are. Needless to say this has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any business online or in person.

Ok so I saw this game played it then went to play again was locked out so I created another account won money went to redeem my cash and they took the money said I had multiple accounts so it was void. The point is they let me invest my money from multiple accounts but once I win they void the account with the money in it. That’s a rip off and they say it’s legal so they lost this sucker and my money. I know they gonna take it down but beware people they out to get you and they don’t care. So they wrote me to ask if I want to rewrite my review. No I just want to let people know that there are class action suits going on about these games. They let you invest off one card to multiple accounts then once you verify your Id then there goes the you have multiple accounts. Hey I’m up in age I never remember which email I use so they need to take that into consideration. It’s funny how I had multiple accounts but the only one left open was the one that there was nothing in it. The others had money in them. My suggestion is if you do play please cash out after $50 or else sorry for you that’s what they keep telling me.

This app takes literally forever to submit your redemption and give you what is promised. I referred a friend who immediately purchased coins and met requirements, but it took almost a month to receive an email saying that I would receive a 15 dollar referral gift. I reached out to support, and was told it can take 3 days to get it show on my account. It’s been 3 days…I also won 90 dollars, and submitted my redemption 3 days ago. It is still pending, hasn’t been approved yet. I mean the games are fun, but at the same time I feel like this is really taking too long and there is just one guy sitting at home who processes all the information and sells it to other companies. Maybe I am wrong, but this really seems to take an extremely long time and I feel like I may not actually ever see either one of those dollar amounts. I hope I am wrong.
