Please read, I know it’s long but I’m trying to help.They restrict accounts without notice or communication. They stonewall when looking for solutions, I wish Apple had a way to attach pictures with reviews but this is the best we got. If you win do not intend on cashing out easily, especially if it’s your first time. They will fight you tooth and nail, talk down to you, and belittle or ignore anything you say. My account remains restricted with $2,089 in pending redeems I will likely never see. After 5 days so far, no resolution has been offered. I initially had to reach out to them and they had me jumping through hoops to try and fix it. (They purposefully caused this.). They accused me of being in another state AFTER I had already verified my location, this is a common tactic from this company to get people to give up on winnings. Ohio Attorney General is now involved and I’m in the process of settling this in small claims court so that I can at least get what money I put in back. Go to CrownsCasino or Lonestar, this company will scam you and laugh at you like they did me when looking for solutions. Sad to say because the platform is nice and functions really well. Watch how they respond to this review. It will be filled with loads of red flags and not addressing the issue. They will say to reach out to them but so far over the course of 5 days they have been combative or non responsive. They’re not BBB accredited for a reason but it doesn’t hurt to file a complaint with them as well.

Ok so I saw this game played it then went to play again was locked out so I created another account won money went to redeem my cash and they took the money said I had multiple accounts so it was void. The point is they let me invest my money from multiple accounts but once I win they void the account with the money in it. That’s a rip off and they say it’s legal so they lost this sucker and my money. I know they gonna take it down but beware people they out to get you and they don’t care. So they wrote me to ask if I want to rewrite my review. No I just want to let people know that there are class action suits going on about these games. They let you invest off one card to multiple accounts then once you verify your Id then there goes the you have multiple accounts. Hey I’m up in age I never remember which email I use so they need to take that into consideration. It’s funny how I had multiple accounts but the only one left open was the one that there was nothing in it. The others had money in them. My suggestion is if you do play please cash out after $50 or else sorry for you that’s what they keep telling me.

This app takes literally forever to submit your redemption and give you what is promised. I referred a friend who immediately purchased coins and met requirements, but it took almost a month to receive an email saying that I would receive a 15 dollar referral gift. I reached out to support, and was told it can take 3 days to get it show on my account. It’s been 3 days…I also won 90 dollars, and submitted my redemption 3 days ago. It is still pending, hasn’t been approved yet. I mean the games are fun, but at the same time I feel like this is really taking too long and there is just one guy sitting at home who processes all the information and sells it to other companies. Maybe I am wrong, but this really seems to take an extremely long time and I feel like I may not actually ever see either one of those dollar amounts. I hope I am wrong.
