Good app in general terms. It would make a lot of sense to have Carplay/Android Auto connectivity

The application is full of bugs with issues ranging from login issues to being unable to terminate a charging session. After disconnecting the charging cable, I was unable to terminate the charging session. It was stuck for 23 hours during which I was not able to charge again. Called customer service, they told me to send an email after which they told me it might take 10 business days to get a fix. Crazy!
Constantly Tracking Location

I used to use the Estacionar app to pay for parking. Now it looks like they integrated the functionality into this app. It’s not as nice as the original. But the worst part is it forces you to allow location tracking and it is always tracking my location, even when I’m not paying for a parking spot. I have to force quit it for it to stop tracking. Why is it necessary to do this excessive tracking?
Poor user interface

The app has plenty of functionalities but the user interface is poor.On an iPhone XS can’t back up in some menus; some information is scattered around in unintuitive menu options.
