START FAST tap a preset (5, 10, or 25 minutes) to start immediately. drag the progress bar to set any duration. type a custom time with your keyboard. whatever works for you. SET AN INTENTION write down what you're focusing on before you start. it stays visible as a scrolling ticker while you work, a quiet reminder of what matters right now. STAY IN THE ZONE pomo™ runs quietly in your menu bar, counting down in real time. when your timer finishes, you'll get a notification and your choice of alarm sound: a zen gong, a classic chime, or a cool synth tone.
