Such a disappointment. I have multiple devices that worked fine with the old app. This new app broke every single one. None of them ported over to the new app. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, removing and then reinstalling all the devices and they consistently fail. After a week of trying to troubleshoot, I’m returning all the products to the store. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
