تأسســـت جمعيـــة دعـــم التعُّليـــم (تعُّلُـــم) عـــام 1443هــــ/ 2021م؛ ضمـــن إطـــار ســـعي وزارة المـــوارد البشریـــة والتنميـــة الاجتماعيـــة إلى تـــوفير فـــرص التعُّلـــم لأبنـــاء الوطـــن كافـــة، والاســـتثمار في قـــدرات الشـــباب الســـعودي، ودعـــم تعُّليـــم أبنـــاء الأسر الضمانيـــة والأسر المحتاجـــة؛ للإســـهام في تحقيـــق رؤيـــة الســـعودية 2030 ، و دعـــم الاقتصـــاد الوطنـــي، عبر تـــوفير الفـــرص التعُّليميـــة للمســـتفيدين، ومســـاعدتهم على الالتحـــاق بالوظائـــف، ودعمهـــم في بنـــاء المشـــاريع الخاصـــة وريـــادة الأعمال.
