Share the report or send it directly via email. - Send Report to Contacts — Send attendance reports to member contact persons by email. PREPAID SESSION PACKAGES Sell session bundles to members who pay upfront. Define reusable packages with a name, session count, and price in your profile settings. When adding a new member, toggle "Use Prepaid Package" and set their starting session balance. Color-coded balance badges keep you informed at a glance: • Green (3+ sessions) — all good • Orange (1–2 sessions) — running low • Red (0 sessions) — balance depleted Top up a member's balance anytime from predefined packages or enter a manual amount. Prepaid members are automatically excluded from monthly invoice generation and family discount calculations — no double billing. WHATSAPP LOW BALANCE NOTIFICATION When a prepaid member's balance drops to the orange zone (1–2 sessions remaining), a WhatsApp icon appears on the member card and attendance screen. Tap it to open WhatsApp with a pre-filled, localized message reminding the contact person to top up. The phone number is constructed from the member's country code and contact phone. You review the message before sending — nothing is sent automatically. EXTRA CHARGES Create one-time charges for anything outside of regular training: summer camps, registration fees, equipment costs, facility rental, tournament entries. Name the charge, set the amount, pick a color, and select which members to include. Each charge tracks invoicing progress — you can see exactly which members have been billed and which haven't. Generate invoices for uninvoiced members directly from the charge detail screen. Charge invoices appear alongside your regular monthly invoices with full filtering, payment tracking, and email sending support.
