Afte adding money - My account locked instantly. I emailed customer service and received an email within the next day saying that it seems to be duplicate accounts and that this was not prohibited and asked me to provide them with the email of the account I would like to keep active! I responded back within minutes and provided them with the accurate information. From that point on- I have not received a single update or response & 2 WEEKS LATER my account is STILL LOCKED and my deposit is just left there being unable to play or refund or contact customer service for help regarding my account. Downloaded and created an account on this app yesterday. Fully verified myself and began to play. Was able to win some money despite their bonus play through requirement being insanely high. The issue though, is that I created this account after seeing tons of “people” online claiming that they do instant redemptions. However, upon my first and 2nd redemption request I’ve just learned the hard way that it is not true that the they do NOT do instant redemptions. So I currently have 2 pending for days now with no movement and only have the app to track the redemptions. Once processed, will have no use and will delete. There’s countless other apps and sites for the same thing that are honest about their processes.
