I would’ve given 5 stars if not for the ios binding failure. I lost all my progress due to a cross-syncing binding failure. And support never got back to me about it either. I started a new account but i've still not reached the stage i was at on my original account.Overall, lovely merge game with a unique theme and interesting story. I also love the little picture we get in some story stages.However, the binding feature does not work. As a result, i lost all progress on my level 39 account that i'd been playing on for over a month. I used ios apple binding and played same account on both ipad/iphone but the game stopped syncing my game progress on my ipad. Then when I deleted and redownloaded, it completely erased my progress from both phone and ipad game. What is the point of binding feature if it doesn't work??When I contacted support team via email, i got no reply either. Its been a month since i emailed them :( Other than that, this is a lovely game and I enjoy playing it. But I probably won't be spending since progress can be randomly wiped even when you bind it.
