Seems like it'd work well. However, the camera is locked to stop panning outside the United States. This wouldn't normally be an issue, as I'm American, but I live in Miami and the camera stops panning south at around St. Lucie County. Very strange issue to have but I'm sure the app would work wonderfully if it covered my area

Urban Rider offers seamless navigation tailored for scooters. The map is clear, and the voice-guided directions are spot on. I've saved considerable time on my daily cọmmute. However, it would be great to have offline maps for areas with poor signal. Overall, it’s an essential app for scooter enthusiasts!

Paid for the app in June, had a plethora of problems with it such as routing me on dangerous routes above my set speed limit, poor UX, and incorrect trip times not accounting for timezones that aren’t Germany. Thought I would give it a few months to grow into itself, but come back and the app is replaced by a subscription service that you can’t decline even if you have previously purchased it. The only information about this is from a reddit post saying to not upgrade and to “sit tight”.

That's definitely not the experience we want for our users.When we first launched, we chose to charge a small one-time fee to help cover initial development and server costs. It was a tough decision, but we had to make a choice: wait until the app was "perfect," or launch early to get real-world feedback. We chose the latter, and while that approach sometimes leads to negative feedback, it was invaluable in helping us improve the app. The problems you mentioned, like the routing and timezone issues, were exactly the kind of critical feedback that helped us get the app to where it is today. We've made many updates and added new features since June that have drastically improved its performance and reliability.We also made the difficult decision to switch to a subscription model to make the app sustainable in the long term. This allows us to keep a small team dedicated to continuously improving the app, adding new features, and providing reliable support.I understand your frustration with the subscription change, especially since you paid for the app previously.
