I recently sent $3,500 worth of bitcoin to this wallet. I confirmed with the agents that everything was right and the funds were sent to correctly. The funds never showed up in the wallet. The customer service reps don’t provide any information or explanations. They use the generic response of “24-48” every single time. They avoid questions and only answer certain ones. Super frustrated with the lack of communication and the handling of my funds.

Really shady business practices - on their website it says they’re in every state but they don’t alert you that they have a bunch of regulations in place before you enter money in. You can add money to ur rock wallet in mass for example but you can’t do anything with it - no swap trade send etc. it’s locked. Avoid at all costs

I’ve used a lot of apps to buy crypto with my card and I must say the strength of Rockwallet is ease of purchase, my cards actually work and the fees are not high like some other apps. Rockwallet can use a few more features but I’m sure that is coming.
