I was nervous going into my consult, but seeing realistic previews beforehand made such a difference. It helped me ask better questions and feel way more confident about my decisions.
Made me look clown-like

I tried the Facial Dossier feature, and the results made me look almost clown-like. The lips were laughable. It also never asks you during the analysis what procedures you’ve already had done, which seems like important information to consider. I felt like the analysis of my face was inaccurate, and it was difficult to understand how to turn most of the findings into actionable recommendations. As for the Plastic Surgery Preview feature, I was specifically interested in seeing what I would look like with a rhinoplasty, but it only showed me one angle and one nose shape: the stereotypical upturned ski jump nose, which isn’t a look everyone wants. I would have liked to see more options and angles to get a better idea of what different results could look like.

I can’t believe anyone would give it more than a star first off you take your pictures of yourself then it gives you some basic procedures but it doesn’t tell you the involvement for example is his skin treatments. OK what are they? How many of them are there? what did they use? It doesn’t really matter because it didn’t make me look any better at all Then you can have an AI over all appearance, but it doesn’t tell you what was done. This is just like a stupid hair app that I bought before spend at most 10 minutes and you can see any option that they have why anyone would have this even for a week. I’ve never ever submitted a review.. this was that bad I had to.

Thank you for taking the time to write this. You raised real issues we've worked hard on. Version 1.0.2 didn't explain which procedures were being shown, and the AI results were often too subtle to be useful. Both have changed: version 2.3 uses a completely different AI pipeline with much more visible results. This is a fun app but about as accurate as a horoscope. It’s no better than other DIY photo manipulation apps or AI. In terms of the detailed analysis recommendations, it told me I had narrow set eyes on one page, wide set eyes on another. Made multiple references to my fair cool skin but then on my skin analysis, it said I had a warm tone. It also counted shadows as blemishes. It was fun to play with once. Canceling
Refina now speaks German and Spanish, so more people can explore their best look in their own language. We've also smoothed out a few things along the way. Thank you for being part of Refina.
