What's new in v18.8.0 • In-app update notifications: When a new version is available, you'll get a notification with one-tap install — no need to manually check the store. • Multi-course (Mehrgang) items now appear in the open-payment order summary, so split-bill and partial payments correctly show every course. • The custom-name field stays expanded when a name is required, preventing accidental skips during order entry. • Fixed stale data on open tables: order lists now refresh reliably after dispatching a course, and only the next pending course is sent at a time.

Search field no longer opens with the keyboard active. Attribute filter: one selection per group, larger chips. Cart: deep left swipe locks the row with a delete button instead of deleting straight away. Product modal: missing name or price is highlighted on the field, no more popup.

Products with removable ingredients now show a "Without" section in the add-to-order modal — tap to leave items off (e.g. no mushrooms). The selection is sent through to the kitchen receipt. Extras groups now show the selection counter in the section header, so you can see progress without expanding the section.

New in JamWaiter: You can now manage table reservations directly in the JamWaiter POS. Plus, a new kitchen overview gives service staff a clear, fast view of the current order status.

Payment methods can now be changed even after a table has been closed – including a clean audit trail. In addition, individual items can be marked as take-away directly at the table, ensuring correct VAT handling for mixed orders.

Promo code at checkout: A promo code can now be entered during payment. The discount is applied to the bill instantly and all totals are recalculated in real time. Codes can be removed at any time. The state is preserved even after an app restart.
