EstiMate v3.1.1 update. For subscribers, a new quotation layout has been added, and the invoice view has been improved to include received payment information for clearer tracking. For all users, a new custom field feature for quotations is now available, allowing you to add items such as design fees or supervision fees, similar to tax fields. The quotation PDF has also been updated to include a “Project Name” field for more complete information. Additionally, an issue causing errors when viewing PDFs on iPad has been fixed.

A new “Quotation Number Settings” option has been added, allowing you to customize prefixes, suffixes, and numbering formats. PDF settings now include an option to control header display on subsequent pages, letting you choose whether to show header information such as logo, number, and date from the second page onward. The PDF layout spacing has also been improved to allow more room for item content, supporting multi-line display.

EstiMate v3.0.0 brings a major update. A new “Backup & Restore” feature allows you to export all data as a .embackup file with one tap, making it easy to transfer devices and prevent data loss, including app settings. A new “Category Management” feature lets you create and manage custom item categories in Settings. iCloud sync is now available as a subscription feature, enabling real-time data synchronization across iPhone and iPad. PDF export settings have been enhanced, allowing adjustable signature display size and the option to hide empty fields for a cleaner and more professional quotation. Additionally, quotation status has been expanded with a new “Completed” status for clearer management.

Added a new feature “Revert to Quotation.” This feature allows you to return a project back to quotation status. Once executed, the project will be deleted and the linked quotation will be set back to “In Quotation,” allowing it to be edited again. After editing, the quotation can be converted back into a project. Please note that this feature is unavailable if the project already contains change orders, accounts receivable, or payment records.
