The lessons were good as I learned details and put into perspective what I may have known. They were a good review for me. Why I gave a 5 Star to the Support team was they heard my complaint and refunded my fee. I found the $25 monthly charge which I could not justify. Every Customer Support email was answered with personal care & concern, a rare occurrence in today's world. Thank you again, "team!"

I subscribed to this app because I was interested in learning more about art. After I subscribed for a month, I discovered that there were two courses available to me, one about history and the other one about improving my productivity. The course about history looked like it was a course that I’d have to pay for after the initial demo. I had no interest in the productivity course. I had no ability to take the course on art that I was interested in. I immediately contacted the organization to cancel my subscription and to get a refund because I didn’t use it and have no interest in using it. They canceled my subscription, but would not refund the money even though I hadn’t used the app at all. The ads are very misleading.

Egypt was settled about 5,000 years ago in Northeast Africa. The Nile River which overflowed its banks yearly, provided rich soil for farming. Around 3100 BCE Upper and Lower Egypt was united and it began the Rule by The Pharaohs. The Pharaohs were considered gods on earth. The pyramids which were built as tombs for the Pharaohs, were marvels of engineering and architecture. The Egyptians also excelled in medicine, art, and science.Women in ancient Egypt were considered equal to men in most of Egyptian culture. They could own Property, represent themselves in legal matters and divorce if they were unhappy in their marriages. We still see Ancient Egypt’s influences in modern day life.

I signed up for MyGrowth specifically because the app was advertised as having an anatomy section. There is no anatomy content at all—nothing even remotely close to what was shown in the ads.I contacted support to explain this and request a refund, since the main feature I paid for simply doesn’t exist. Not only did they refuse to refund the original charge, but they also refused to refund an additional month that was charged without clear authorization.This feels like misleading advertising paired with an inflexible and unhelpful support team. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for actual anatomy education.
