Allowance helps you do the things you already want to do. Your phone is already very good at getting your attention. It pulls you back with a notification. Keeps you scrolling longer than you planned. Makes “five minutes” disappear. Allowance turns that same pull in your favor. Do a few pushups. Take a walk. Hit your daily target. Earn time on the apps you already use. No motivation speeches. No guilt. Just a system that makes the good choice easier when motivation disappears. HOW IT WORKS Choose the apps that tend to pull you in. Choose what earns time: pushups, squats, walking, steps, or daily goals. Each rep earns minutes. Or complete a daily target and unlock your apps until midnight. Add an optional alarm that will not stop until the work is done. Your camera verifies reps. Health and step data can be used for movement goals. The goal is simple: remove negotiation. Because the hardest part is not knowing what to do. It is doing it when you do not feel like it. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE Some days you are motivated. Some days you are not. Allowance is for both. On the good days, it gives structure to momentum. On the hard days, it holds the line for the version of you that already decided this mattered. A decision you already made is one you do not have to remake at 6 AM. PRIVACY Camera processing happens on your device. Nothing leaves your phone. Allowance uses Apple’s Screen Time framework to manage the apps you choose.
