The app helps DriveMate users set up, connect, and manage their physical DriveMate device from one simple place. DriveMate is designed as a hands-free AI voice assistant for use in the car, allowing users to ask questions by voice and hear spoken replies without needing to look at a screen while driving. With the DriveMate app, users can quickly access the DriveMate setup tools, open the local device dashboard, connect the device to Wi-Fi, enter or update setup information, and find support resources if they need help. Main features: • Setup Hub Access the main DriveMate setup page and device tools from one screen. • Wi-Fi and local device access Open the DriveMate setup network, local dashboard, or manual IP address page when setting up the physical DriveMate device. • DriveMate dashboard support Quickly open the DriveMate local dashboard to manage device setup, Wi-Fi settings, API configuration, OTA update information, and support tools. • Live Speaker Bridge Use the app with the DriveMate hardware so replies from the DriveMate device can play through the iPhone speaker or the current iOS audio output, such as a paired Bluetooth speaker or car speaker. • Manual IP connection Enter the DriveMate local IP address if automatic local discovery is not available on the current network. • OTA and support guidance Access update information, troubleshooting steps, and support links for the DriveMate device. • Simple companion app design The app is designed to support the DriveMate hardware. It does not replace the device. Instead, it helps users connect to the device, manage setup, and use supported speaker bridge features. DriveMate is useful for drivers who want a simple voice-based assistant experience without needing to touch or look at their phone while driving. The app supports setup, device connection, and speaker bridge functions so the DriveMate hardware can be easier to use in real driving environments. A physical DriveMate device is required for full functionality.
