This is a simple but great entirely free habit tracker. I searched the App Store high and low for a habit tracker that suited me and couldn’t find one until this one came along. It has no fancy or overly complicated features which I appreciate. I really hope it stays free, otherwise I will have to find a different habit tracker. It does appear to be very similar to another habit tracker with almost an identical name that is paid. So as long as there are no issues with that, I am happy to keep supporting the app.

I love this app! I have been looking at/trying a lot of habit tracker apps, and most of them only let you make around 4 habits before tealling you to pay. This one let me make as many as I wanted (10 so far)! Also, many of the other apps just have too many features for my liking. I like this app, because it is more simplistic, but it still has needed features, like reminders. Thanks so much for this!

I’ve been using this to keep track of a couple of weekly and daily goals. It looks great, the summary views are great and useful (I use the “Week” view), has the flexibility to track a wide range of habit frequencies, and has small widgets for iOS, which is a huge plus. My only complaint is that sometimes incrementing a counter through the widget doesn’t increase the count, or increases the count for the following day (possibly a time zone mismatch?). Still, overall a very nice app!

HabitGrid is exactly what I want from a habit tracker. Nothing more or less. It’s sleek, intuitive, lightweight, and includes interactive widgets. Best of all, the dev has generously made it free. Why anyone would be pay a monthly sub for an app like habitkit, which offers no benefit over this app, I haven’t a clue. Also, the dev is response; send him a bug report, expect to hear back in <24 hours.
