I am a former noom user to try and lose weight over the years and this app is so much better. I felt like it I wasn’t sure nutritionally if I was getting the right nutrients with noom and like starving myself but with this app I can keep track of important things like my protein intake. I am a distance runner and making sure I’m taking in the right fuel is so important. I sprang for the premium and have no regrets! I am also a busy vegan mom of two kids and this app has awesome features to make my life easier. Generates recipes based on what I have in the pantry/ fridge so easy even my kids have used it! My kids have also been using it to scan foods to learn about what they are eating… winning . I’m usually last minute with dinner prep but I love that this app can help make grocery lists and do meal planning. Yes please!
