My daughter absolutely loves the EmpowerMe app. What stands out to me is that she is not just going through the exercises, she is truly engaged in learning about them and understanding why they matter. She especially enjoys the dance moves and the interactive games, which keep her excited and motivated every time she opens the app.She has also been really drawn to the new cooking videos. Seeing other kids teaching healthy meals makes it feel relatable and fun for her, and I appreciate that the meals focus on different aspects of health and wellness.
