Dinner? Granted. Meet your kitchen's Genie with a livelier onboarding journey and real recipes to discover your tastes. Keep the meals you love, and explore optional sweet and savory picks after your first recipe. Create recipes from fridge or dish photos, ingredients, an idea or Surprise Me. Enjoy a refreshed home screen, clearer recipe settings, improved tablet photos and our refined chef hat icon. Set up your pantry to cook with what you have and shop for what you need.

A little less ‘what’s for dinner?’, a little more Genie. Tell Genie what you have and what you fancy. Recipe requests make better use of your pantry, chosen ingredients and household profiles, with clearer instructions to cook from. Ask Genie about any saved recipe. Swap ingredients, change portions or ask a cooking question, then preview the changes and choose whether to update the recipe or save a new version. When a change needs a fresh photo, you can start reading the recipe while Genie takes care of it. Genie can learn from your conversations too. Choose which tastes to remember, including using less or more of an ingredient. Review them in your Taste Profile or undo a choice in chat. We’ve also polished startup, keyboard entry, recipe navigation, shopping lists and serving adjustments. New Genie animations bring a little kitchen magic along the way, with clearer generation progress and household controls.
