The app was incredible when I entered in my clothing from taobao and wait times were short. However, to actually get the items you wanted, you would have to pay a high shipping fee that doubles your total price. Not to mention the coupons in app don’t work.

I like using DogeGoo for large Taobao orders (6+ items) since buying from overseas is expensive right now. Payments process quickly, the staff is always professional and my items are consolidated/packed neatly every time. I’ve also received refunds from sold out items very quickly. They will also help you get pre-orders, which I really like. Shipping prices always depend on the weight of your package, the contents and the country you’re shipping to, so you can’t really rely on prices that others pay to be reflective of your order. The available lines do include custom fees, so I don’t have to worry about paying extra at the door. Overall, I’m pleased with this shopping service. The UI could be streamlined a bit, though!

Their customer service is really good, they respond quickly and notify you about the terms and conditions of a product and give you inspection photos of what you bought just to make sure.When I got my packages, they were well wrapped and secured, none was damaged. Shipping costs may be high but understand that international shipping is expensive due to tariffs, handling fee, inflation, etc.

Don’t buy from them first of all I just figured out that after you pay, they will wait your item and they will take money from your account to ship it to the US. I think that’s very stupid and very expensive because two KG would be about $68 never buying from them again this is just like cowbell
