more I was skeptical that an app would have the power to motivate me, but I was "challenged" by a good friend and am now hooked. The app communicates seamlessly with my Fitbit and provides great accountability. Graphics are excellent and the app is user friendly with just the right amount of interaction. When I broke the first streak (aka lost the challenge), my motivation dropped off. I love the competition aspect and recommend the app to all of my friends!

I know I am in the early stages of using My Health Sentry, but the updates are spot on and the integration with wearables is very smooth. Nice app and looking forward to using it more in competition settings!

What's new:
• Message members from your assistant (coaches) — just tell Ask AI to "message Jimmy that class is at 9" or "tell everyone tagged as beginner to arrive 5 minutes early," and it drafts each message for you to review and send. Works right from your phone.
• Your coaching assistant does more on the go — look up a member, pull their info and history, take a note, and send messages, all from the app instead of the desktop.
• Start a chat faster — tap compose and search a member to open a direct conversation.
• Livelier steps — your Steps habit and dashboard now update as you move, without waiting for a refresh.
• New celebration ants and smoother habit celebrations, plus performance improvements and bug fixes throughout.
1.4.15 Aug 2
What's new:
• Coach mode for trainers — staff can switch into a coach view of their members, with a quick AI summary, notes, metrics, habits, check-ins, and a direct chat all in one place.
• Name your AI assistant — give it your own name and personality in Profile.
• Log by chat — just tell your assistant "I slept 7 hours" or "did a 30-second dead hang" and it records the habit or metric for you.
• New in your Health tab — Resting Heart Rate from your wearable (or entered by hand), plus Balance and Walking Speed under Fitness.
• Meditation timers on your Lock Screen — a live countdown on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, a simpler setup, and a gentle bell when you reach your goal.
• More reliable Whoop sleep syncing, easier-to-tap habit buttons, plus performance improvements and bug fixes throughout.
1.4.14 Jul 26
What's new:

• Performance improvements and bug fixes throughout.
1.4.13 Jul 18
What's new:
• A tidier finish for step challenges — a completed challenge now shows a clean result summary and leaderboard instead of an empty chart.
• Performance improvements and bug fixes throughout.
1.4.12 Jul 11
What's new:
• Messaging, reimagined — the Chat tab is now a fast, modern messenger. Send direct messages, start group chats, and follow channels, with photos, videos, files, voice notes, emoji, and GIFs. Mute the conversations you don't need.
• A reworked Health tab — your metrics grouped into Fitness, Body Composition, and Lifestyle. Tap any metric to see the band you're in, your next goal and its benefit, your history, and a plain-language longevity explainer with sources. Hand-enter readings or upload a DEXA scan.
• AI recipes — generate a recipe that fits your goals and log it in a tap.
• Faster and lighter, with bug fixes throughout.
1.4.11 Jul 5
• A fresh Habits dashboard — each habit shows a 30-day completion chart; tap a habit to log it, and watch its ring fill toward today's goal with a check once you hit it.
• New Nutrition card — your protein, fat, and calories vs. your targets at a glance, with a Today / 7-day toggle. Tap to log food.
• Messages on your dashboard (gym members) — see unread notes from your gym and any check-ins to complete, and reply in a tap.
• Make it yours — show, hide, and reorder dashboard cards from the gear menu.
• Bigger celebrations — playful new illustrations, plus a special animation and confetti when you complete all of your habits for the day.
1.4.10 Jul 1
What's new:
• Talk or show your AI assistant — the Ask AI chat now has a mic to speak your question and a camera to send a photo (snap one or pick from your library) for the assistant to look at and answer.
• Add food for any day — the food log's History view now has an Add button, so you can log a meal straight from the day you're viewing.
• Smarter food estimates — when a description is vague, you'll get quick, food-specific tips (and an edit link) to make the protein and calorie estimate more accurate.
• A little fun when you finish — completing a habit goal now celebrates with a playful illustration.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements, including a fix for occasional duplicate food log entries.
1.4.9 Jun 24
What's new:
• Ask AI, anywhere — tap the new AI assistant button to get answers about your health and the app from any screen.
• Log meals with a photo — snap or pick a picture and the AI estimates protein, calories, and fat. Add a description if you like, and tweak the result before logging.
• Speak to log food — tap the mic in the food logger and your voice is transcribed straight into the description.
• New Sleep habit — track your sleep alongside your other habits, with automatic syncing from your connected devices.
• Edit any day — adjust Steps and Sleep for a specific day, and see at a glance whether a value was entered manually or synced.
• Simpler habit logging — mark custom habits done with a single "Completed" tap, and the add-habit list now hides ones you've already added.
• A little celebration when you complete a goal from the day editor.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements.
1.4.8 Jun 22
What's new:
• Strength, made clearer — each exercise now shows the exact lift you logged (weight × reps), and your targets show the weight and reps you need at the rep count you train at. Choose whether goals appear in barbell or dumbbell weights.
• Know your next move — see exactly how much more weight you need to reach your next strength level, with the equivalent one-rep max.
• "Last PR" badge — at a glance, see how long it's been since you set a personal record on each lift, with a nudge when it's time to chase a new one.
• Strength leaderboard — see how you stack up on any exercise. Switch exercises and sort by weight, body-weight ratio, or percentile.
• Your dashboard now highlights the exercise you're closest to leveling up.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements.
1.4.7 Jun 19
What's new:
• Calorie tracking — add a Calories habit and log meals just by describing what you ate. The app's AI estimates the calories (and protein), and a single food entry counts toward both goals at once.
• Food diary — review and edit everything you've logged for any day. Browse by a weekly calendar, swipe an entry to re-estimate or delete it, and tap any day on a habit's chart to jump straight to that day's food.
• Habit timers — time minute-based custom habits with a built-in Start/Stop timer instead of typing in the minutes.
• Goal celebrations — get a burst of confetti and your current streak the moment you complete a habit for the day.
• A simpler, per-habit history view, plus bug fixes and performance improvements.
