Hey! Version 3.4 is mostly about reliability.
The big one: backgrounding the app during the rest timer no longer wipes the sets you'd already completed. If you've ever come back to find 0%, that's gone.
Also fixed: a rare launch crash and a stuck-set-counter bug in the timer.
Plus a coat of polish for iOS 26 — smoother set transitions and refined Liquid Glass surfaces.
