ISF, front and centre The Investigator Site File (ISF) Reference Model v1.0 now sits on the main tab bar, right next to TMF. If you missed it before, it's worth a look: the full site-perspective model with 14 zones and 126 artifacts, with the same browse, tree view, search, filters and favorites as TMF. Pin your most-used ISF artifacts to Favorites and they appear grouped by model alongside your TMF ones. What's new • New default tab bar: TMF, ISF, Favorites and More. If you never changed your tabs, you'll move to the new layout automatically. If you did, your setup is kept. You can change it any time in Settings › Tab Bar. • V1 Updates: the latest news from the TMF Standard Model sessions, including the revised V1 timeline and the opening of Community Review. Updated items now show what changed and when. • Built for iOS 27, with the new Liquid Glass look for toolbars and tab bars. • Ready for iPhone Duo, with layouts tuned for both the outer and inner displays. • Better iPad multitasking: the app switches smoothly between sidebar and tab bar as you resize its window, and keeps your place when you do. Improvements and fixes • Search results now fit the number of matches instead of sitting in a mostly empty box. • Artifact details stack neatly on narrower screens, so labels like "Country Level" are no longer cut off. • The selected sidebar icon is easier to see on iPad. • Milestone phase chips no longer slide under the status bar. Pocket TMF now requires iOS 18 or later.

Features, refinements and visuals. We have it all. In this version we have simplified the Browse and Tree into a simple toggle you can use while viewing the model. We have also added the CDISC ISF Reference Model as a new default tab. The addition of the ISF Reference Model means users can now see the link between artifacts and the common documents used. The default app icon has been updated and new variation is available to all users in Settings Finally the visuals have been updated to Liquid Glass for those of you running iOS26

App Icon: Addition of the Joyful Passion icon to celebrate the amazing TMF group based in Japan ICH E6 R3: The TMF Reference model mapped the majority of the 250 artifacts to sections within the ICH E6 R2 guidelines, the issue is R3 has now been released and is being adopted every week by a new regulatory authority. This is why in this version of Pocket TMF I have mapped all the sections related to R2 to their new R3 counterpart, you have the section number, the text as well a s summary of changes. This is perfect for understanding how the Reference model fits within ICH E6 R3 and supporting your own adoption of the latest guidelines.

MILESTONES: They are one of the best ways to manage completeness within your TMF and the TMF Reference Model has a selection to help you. These milestones place artifacts into groups which occur chronologically over the course of the trial, after all there is no point in defining something as missing if it's not needed for another couple of years! The new Milestone View lets you see the definition of each Milestone as well as all the Artifacts associated with the Milestone at Trial, Country and Site Level. But we also have the ability for you to load your own custom structure and view it in the tree view! - Export the .csv template to begin - Change as needed adding in your own Zones, Sections and artefacts (Numbers are also supported or if you don't use them, don't worry) - Now just import back into the app and the structure will be shown in the custom tree view - You can even use the iOS share sheet to share the structure you have built with your friends so they can load into their app As always, it is still offline and all data is store locally on your device and protected by Apples standard encryptions Please do feedback if you want even more in the custom structure
